Hair Loss Institute offers a full 1 year guarantee on the
LaserCap Device (365 days). You are able to return the LaserCap Device within 365 days from date of purchase to receive your money back
with an 25% restocking fee. You must however return the unit in working
order with all originally parts and components. The unit must be
received by Evolution Hair Loss Institute prior to the 365 day from date of purchase.
What to do when returning your product
Step 1: Call 480-222-4247 to receive your Return Authorization Number within the guarantee period.
Step 2: Package your product with all original components and send the package back to Evolution Hair Loss Institute. Include your RA# on the outside of the package and be sure to ship the product with a postal carrier that will offer you a tracking number. Evolution Hair Loss Institute is not responsible for lost packages that have not been delivered to the clinic.
